As many of you know on June 25th, 2018, I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. To date I am 5 years 1 month NED (No Evidence of Disease). I could not have gotten here without the help of my Beautiful wife (Phyllis) who has been my "Rock", Family, Friends and the wonderful staff at Johns Hopkins especially my Surgeon Dr. Richard Burkhart.

My team (Pings Things) and I are taking steps to end pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 27, 2024. 

We want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need your help to do that!

Here’s where you come in! Most of you know I am a helper and do not like asking for help. Today I am asking for your help. We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would appreciate a gift of any size to help us get there. As little as the $5 you spend on that cup of coffee could be the gift that helps find the cure.

Last Year we had personalized shirts made up for our team with the team's name "Pings Things" and the number of your choice. All we ask is for you to make a donation to the team in any amount and if you could post on your social media page. If you didn't get a shirt last year or are planning on joining my team this year let me know and I will get you a shirt. Get in early to get the number you want before its gone. Not everyone will be walking so even if you can't walk, we would love to have you come out and still support the team by cheering the team at the start and finish line.
