Team Temple is dedicated to the loving memory of Maggie and Ronald Temple, who were taken from us far too soon by a disease that hits way too many families in our community.  When our family was devastated twice in one generation we knew that we had to do as much as we could to make sure other families didn’t have to suffer generational losses in the same way.  Our experience also demonstrated the importance of every small progress in fighting this disease, as Ron was able to spend 5 wonderful years with his family after an early diagnosis, whereas we lost Grandma Maggie in just six short months.  Every early diagnosis and new treatment provides unquantifiable additional laughs, hugs, and memories that cannot be adequately captured in simple statistics showing survival rates.
