Our team is walking for the third year in a row in honor of our beloved Gerald M. Goolkasian who passed away tragically in October of 2020. Gerry was a vibrant father, spouse, brother, friend, teacher, artist, coach, and overall human being. Gerry lived every day with a full heart and dedicated his life to uplifting those around him through teaching, community service, and his never ending humor. 

Gerry had no notable symptoms up until his disease had reached an aggressive stage IV - he lived just six weeks after his diagnosis despite access to renowned oncology care in Boston. We cannot think of a better way to honor Gerry than to come together in fighting for a brighter future for pancreatic cancer patients.
