Welcome to Captain Ron's Puget Sound Team Page!

2024 marks TEN years of missing our dad. Let's make this year be the BEST & brightest to honor Captain Ron! We would love you to join us in walking Purple Stride this year, not just for him, but by all the families affected by pancreatic cancer. We are a unique study as our family is facing multigenerational pancreatic cancer diagnosis. That being said, we have HOPE that our future generations will thrive with the work that PanCAN is putting towards research. Let's walk TOGETHER!

A little bit about our dad :) Captain Ron was the EPITOME of a social butterfly! When he wasn't working hard, you would catch him at the local aquatic store, buying all types of tropical fish for his salt water aquarium. He loved gardening & grew the most delicious & juicy citrus fruit you would have ever tasted! He started his own business when he was just 19 years old, & to this day, it continues on with his business partner! Even when Captain Ron got his diagnosis, he remained the most optimistic, all the way through his final day. He talked about wanting to be a motivational speaker for the community. While he never got the chance, we couldn't be more proud of him. He was a wonderful & loving father, & we just hope to do HIM proud <3

In honor of our dad, I’m supporting PanCAN’s vision to create a world in which all patients with pancreatic cancer will thrive.

We would be honored to have you on Team Captain Ron!
