Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would be profoundly grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

I did not walk or fundraise last year but I want to participate again this year.  Thank you to all that donated in the past.  I appreciate it.

I was originally diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on November 1, 2016.  I underwent chemo, radiation, and the Whipple surgery.  I was then cancer free for four years.  Two years ago the cancer was found in my 12th rib.  Since then, I have been a pancreatic cancer stage 4 patient.  I have been under treatment
(except for two short breaks) for the past two years.  Thanks to God, my medical team, my husband and family, and many of you who have prayed for me, I'm still alive on earth.  I want to help others.

I have lost four friends because of pancreatic cancer since last September.  I want to walk in memory of them this year.
