WHAT WOULD GRADY DO.
In March 2021, just six short weeks from diagnosis, we lost our beloved husband, father, and Pops to Pancreatic cancer. With hardly any time to process the diagnosis, it was an extremely difficult, painful, and hopeless time. When our family learned about this organization and its fundraising and awareness efforts, we immediately wanted to get involved. we walk in hopes to prevent one family from going through what our family has endured.
We invite you to walk alongside Team Grady on April 29th in Houston as we honor and remember Grady. If you are unable to join us for the walk, we encourage you to consider donating so that PanCAN can continue to carry out the important and impactful work they do.
PanCAN’s PurpleStride is a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service, and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.
Early detection for Pancreatic cancer is rare, and at diagnosis the cancer is often in its late stages. The ability for a patient and their loved ones to have an outlet for support, detailed information, and various resources to aid in their difficult journey forward is an initiative that truly touches our hearts. We hope you'll join us in advocating and supporting PanCANs efforts.
