In January of 2017, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4B Pancreatic Cancer. Given only one year to live, my mother didn’t let the doctor’s death date bring her down. Her spirits were high and they never wavered. She ALWAYS kept the faith, and she always kept a smile on her face throughout her entire cancer journey. She beat the odds of the doctors and lived two and a half years longer than they anticipated and she counted it all a joy wearing a smile and keeping a smile on her face.

Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.
