Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

On April 27, 1964 the greatest dad, husband, brother and Cleveland Browns fan was born. On April 27, 2024 (his would be 60th birthday) his three kids will be walking to fight against pancreatic cancer. 

There is no better way to celebrate the life and legacy of Thomas Karl Wells than by giving back so no other family needs to experience the tragedy that is pancreatic cancer. Please consider a birthday donation in his honor!

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
