As many of you know, I lost my mom on May 20, 2023.  Life has not been the same.  Mom believed that every time we saw a ladybug that it was my Papa, always showing up at special events and times when he would have been present.  Now, ladybugs have been showing up when I need my mom, her way of showing me she is still present.  Legendary Ladybugs came from that memory.  

Mom began her battle with pancreatic cancer in March 2020.  She had to go into her surgery alone due to the pandemic.  She fought a long hard battle and beat pancreatic cancer.  Mom was stronger than anyone I know.  We truly believed she would beat it.  She beat pancreatic cancer, but stomach cancer was a more difficult process when it came to her. Mom gave it her all to stay healthy, even trying a clinical trial through Dana Farber.  

Mom was so strong and is missed daily.  She was the best mom, nana, and friend that anyone could ever want.  I am doing this walk in memory of her.
