Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Team Shake Your Bon Bon is in memory of Boni Meador. Boni was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in late June of 2004 and she unfortunately lost her battle with Pancreatic Cancer on April 16th, 2005. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend who always had a bright smile on her face and didn't let anything get her down. Boni was a big fitness advocate and PurpleStride is a great way for us to remember her and do something she would have loved.

We created Team Shake Your Bon Bon in 2017 to carry on her legacy and we are happy to announce that we've raised over $20,000 in the past 7 years and we're ready to add to that for 2024 Please join with us as we run/walk/donate to help put an end to this disease.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 11%. This deadly disease has stolen our best and our brightest, but it can’t take away our determination.

Our team has stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help us rewrite the future of this disease by making a donation today?

Every dollar that you donate ensures that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network can continue working to create better outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. By donating to our team, you are supporting vital efforts to double pancreatic cancer survival by 2025.

Purple ribbons aren’t enough. Please join us in the fight today.
