My team and I are taking steps to end pancreatic cancer in honor of Linda on Saturday, April 27, 2024. All are invited to join walk for a good cause and share some funny memories/story’s of Linda. 

Linda was diagnosed with stage 1 pancreatic cancer in December of 2021. If I thought anyone could beat this cancer it would have been her. Linda went through countless rounds of chemo and the Whipple procedure. She unfortunately lost her battle on October 21, 2022. 

Linda had a genuine goodness to her that was so apparent it was felt by strangers and family alike, a kindness that you could feel from across the room. 

To honor and celebrate Linda’s life and legacy we are joining the PANCAN’S PurpleStride movement to raise funds for life-changing programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families as well as raising awareness.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
