Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

Here’s where you come in! 

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would be profoundly grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

I’ll be participating on April 27th at the walk to end pancreatic cancer here in Raleigh. If anyone local would like to join me, I’ve created a team you can join at the link below, or let me know and I’d love to walk with you!
I created this team in honor of my mom, Marilyn Meshak Herczog that we lost to this disease last July. Life is hard without her and I miss her a lot. I created the team “Marilyn’s Mouses” because she always spoke so quietly and I joked that she sounded like a mouse. She hated it. She would probably hate that I named it this, but I would rather have her mad at me than not at all.
Pancreatic cancer is a cruel and horrible disease who harms not only the individual but their family so much. I hope to find a cure so no one has to go through this. There’s tons of walks scheduled throughout the country on April 27th to help raise awareness so I hope everyone can participate in in some way. ❤
