Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

To my friends who have lost a parent...I'm sorry I couldn't understand how deep the grief is until it happened to me.


My dad was young, strong and took care of everyone he loved. He fought to live a vibrant life until the day he left us, but pancreatic cancer is a hideous disease. It's most often diagnosed at stage IV when you feel there is no hope.


My family is walking in the PanCan PurpleStride again this year because they are the ones making a difference for patients and families.

PanCAN funds vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients, and gives them free, personalized one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services. This year the 5 survival rate has gone up to 13% from 12%. This doesn't sound like much, but it means that many more people will be survivors instead of statistics.


We would appreciate a gift of any size to help us support people who are battling pancreatic cancer.

We want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need your help to do that!

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
