We are back for a sixth year in memory and honor of our mom, Cindy Buffie aka Grandma Buffie and all of the fighters out there!

We have many fond memories of our mom. Celebrating every holiday, birthday, graduation, family milestones, really any reason to get together and celebrate. Not to mention family vacations. Marblehead Lakeside holds many fun and awesome memories for us all.Life is too short so cherish every moment with your loved ones!

My Mom

Cynthia (Cindy) Buffie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in May 2017 and valiantly fought with a strength that most will never know for almost three years. Sadly she lost her fight on January 22, 2020. My mom was one of the strongest, compassionate, loving, caring, wise, and stubborn, in a good way, people I know. I remember her hugs, laughter, passion, and know she will continue to live on in all of us. 

In our family no one walks or fights these battles alone. We are standing up strong in loving memory of our mom and walking to increase awareness of pancreatic cancer and to support research to change the tide. Here’s how you can help:
