Dear Friends, 
As a 4.5 year survivor of pancreatic cancer, I am helping to raise awareness and funding for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN), the leading U.S. nonprofit working to fight pancreatic cancer in a comprehensive way. 

I am both in awe of the medical advancements available and at the same time frustrated by the limitations of current research. Treatment options are advancing but early detection remains elusive.  

In the time since my diagnosis, the 5-year survival rate has improved from around 10% to 13%. This is up from 5% a decade ago. PANCAN’s goal is to increase the survival rate to 20% by 2030. I am raising funds to support the innovation, research, education, and patient care needed to keep moving that % up and stayin’ alive in the meantime I hope you will join me in supporting PANCAN.
