Welcome to my PanCAN PurpleStride "Team Larry" Page!

First and foremost THANK YOU for taking the time to open this web page, which is mostly a fund raising page for pancreatic cancer. Because I've been battling my pancreatic cancer since June, 2023, I felt that I had to get involved so I started my PanCAN team and created this webpage.  This PanCAN "Team Larry" web page is obviously different than my CaringBridge "Team Larry' website page. The ultimate goal of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) is to end pancreatic cancer. PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

If you want to donate to pancreatic cancer, click the [DONATE] button and follow the steps. If you do so, then you'll help me reach my team fund raising goal. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

All the information you need about the event is available on this website. You can click the "Pancreatic Cancer Action Network" square in the upper left corner to go to the main home page. To summarize:  The event I registered for will be held Saturday morning, April 27, 2024 at Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC. The course is 5 kilometers, which I don't expect to finish. The venue opens at 7:30 AM and the Opening Ceremony starts at 8:20 AM.
