Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

In honor of Fred Reodica, who battled pancreatic cancer for 9 years before passing away on January 31, 2023, we are taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

Our team name, "Fred's Footprints: Walk by Faith," accurately describes how Fred was able to fight pancreatic cancer for so long: because he "walked by faith, not by sight," and relied on his unwavering faith in God to give him strength, courage, and fortitude!

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more. Our team wants to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients – and we need you to do it!

We’ve set a fundraising goal of $514 – an amount that represents Fred's birthday, 5/14 – and we would be profoundly grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.

Want to help in bigger way? We’d love for you to join our team! Just click the Register button at the top of this page to get started. Register for free, raise $50 and you’ll receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2024 T-shirt!

Let’s show everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer that we’re fighting for them. On behalf of the Reodica family, thank you for your support!
