Tommy's Team-
10 years...feels like yesterday and forever ago at the same time. Maggie was 7 years old when dad passed away and now she'll be heading to college in the fall and fingers crossed will be trying out for TBDBITL with her amazing baritone talents. Colin was 4 years old and now he is in the Dublin Youth Brass Band, PepBand/Marching Band, a church band, Taiko, Spread the Music as a percussionist. I like to think that both of my kids got their love of music and rock n roll from my dad. They listen to his vinyl records, they know the good stuff...damn, he would be so crazy proud of them! I can see him pretending to know how to play instruments and join their jam sessions downstairs...IYKYK
Again, 10 years. You have all helped me and this cause for a decade now and I just really can't thank you enough. I hope you all feel as proud as I do about the choice you make to give to this organization every year because you should! It is such an act of kindness, an act of service that is so desperately needed to move the pendulum and improve lives.
I know times are tough and the future is very uneasy for many of us, but if you can skip a coffee and give even $5, you will help Tommy's Team hit our goal this year. I am so deeply grateful to call you all my family and friends. Thank you for inspiring me, and giving me the energy to keep this team going. Thank you for all you do to keep Tommy's Team alive. I appreciate you all so very much. Love, Molly
