Thanks to organizations like PanCan.org that help advance research on pancreatic cancer and their diligent effort to provide patient support and care, I was able to prevail over my dreadful diagnosis in 2021. Throughout my challenge with pancreatic cancer, I looked for the silver linings during all my treatments that helped me to remain positive and hopeful. I am grateful knowing PanCan was in this fight with me as well. I have been thriving for four years. Unfortunately, my cancer has returned, and I am once again faced with the challenge. I remain hopeful that I can defeat this disease once more and look to PanCan to help me along the way.
