Hello Friends & Family,

Today, Team JP Strong continues the fight to end pancreatic cancer.  We have multiple goals this year as we continue to honor the legacy of Johnny Pino, and his battle against pancreatic cancer.  We want to raise the awareness of the ongoing fight to find a cure for pancreatic cancer through supporting this excellent cause, and do everything we can to help others fight this terrible disease.

Our goal this year is to raise $6000 or more.  It is our hope that many of you will be able to join us at the PanCAN PurpleStride event in Phoenix on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, AZ.  Team JP Strong has been a top 10 fund-raising team every year and we intend to keep that momentum going.  It is an honor to support this worthy cause and this special event in April. 

Can we count on you to get us one step closer to the day where pancreatic cancer patients don’t just survive but thrive?  Patients, families and friends need us now more than ever.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
