Pancreatic cancer does not stop or slow down, and neither do we!

Our team is participating in PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds life-changing programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.

Thank you so much for returning to this event in 2025. We loved all of the support at PurpleStride last year, both in person and online. This organization and event mean so much to many of us as we lost Tim to Pancreatic Cancer in March of 2022. When Tim was in the early stages of his fight with this silent disease all he could think about was what he could do to make a difference so that this did not happen to anyone else. Tim had a heart for his family and for the community.  He was a coach, a volunteer, and a good neighbor.  Tim participated in Triathlons, Fun Runs, and was a member of the Pikes Peak Running Club.  A highlight for him was becoming a Boulder Ironman Finisher, earning him the nickname "Ironman Tim”.

You can join the team and invite others to join and show support for $0. It's easy to join even if you are participating at another location other than in Colorado.  We plan to walk again this year on April 26, 2025, and will have a tent to meet at and gather together at the event.
