Team Miles for McNerney is participating in PanCAN PurpleStride for the first time in memory of Mike McNerney. If you knew Mike you probably saw him walking somewhere in his signature hat. Whether it was the neighborhoods in Hatfield, the parks in Delaware or the trails in the Poconos, he was always on the move with Renee.

Participating in a walk seemed like the perfect way to honor his memory and bring awareness to pancreatic cancer. We chose the Delaware event because it is happening in a park in North Wilmington where Mike spent many fun mornings exploring with Colin. 

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make – and would be profoundly grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.
