Welcome to Team Lori!

On May 8, 2024, our lives changed when Lori was diagnosed with stage 1B pancreatic cancer. Thanks to her resilience during eight rounds of chemotherapy, three weeks of radiation and two surgeries at Mayo Clinic, Lori has been cancer-free since November 26, 2024. Throughout this journey, she has leaned on her faith, family and friends to give her strength. We are so proud of her bravery and determination, and now we’re stepping up to help others facing this devastating disease.

We are walking and fundraising for one reason: to change the future for everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer. In 2024, the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer reached 13%, marking a consecutive increase each year since 2021. While this progress is encouraging, we know there’s so much more to do.

Early detection is critical, and by raising awareness and funding life-changing research, we can continue to improve outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients. We would be very grateful for any donation you consider making.
