About our Team, Honoring Heather:

Heather Miller began her journey with Highland Management Group during the early stages of her pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Despite the challenges she faced, Heather always kept a positive outlook and touched many of our lives deeply. She was an active member of both the DEI Committee and the Fun Committee, where she worked tirelessly to not only recognize and celebrate employees' achievements, but also to bring attention to important topics and communities that often go unheard. Heather had a kindness to her that is unique in the world today, and she left a permanent mark in all of our hearts.

In honor of the lasting impact Heather made on all of us, the DEI and Fun Committees have come together to organize a team walk in her memory and to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer, honoring both Heather and all those currently battling this disease.
