As many of you know, our mom, wife, sister, daughter, and beloved friend Karen passed away following an 18 month battle with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer on April 7th, 2024. She fought day in and day out, never giving up even when she was in unimaginable pain. Her strength and bravery through everything is truly remarkable and continues to be an inspiration for all of us as we try to continue moving forward. There isn't a day that goes by where she isn't sorely missed.
In honor of Karen, we will continue to fight for all patients, caregivers, and families who are affected by pancreatic cancer in the hope of curing this awful disease. It is the third leading cause of cancer related deaths with a five-year survival rate of only 13 percent. This percentage did not increase over the last year, which is why more than ever, we need your help to raise critical funds to advance clinical research and advocate for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.
