Eileen Bergman, wife, mother, grandmother, and my best friend, left us on November 3, 2023, after a battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Born in Newark, New Jersey, a graduate of Verona High School and Montclair State University, she spent her career helping people. She worked as a music therapist, in the payroll and staffing industry, and then at the young age of sixty, Eileen started a Home Organizing business (with me) working with seniors to downsize and declutter.

On the personal side, she loved music, theater, reading, and was the self-proclaimed “Queen of Laundry.” Two of her brightest days were the wedding of our son Jason in 2019 and the birth of our grandson Ari in 2021.

The year 2023 was to be the year of our retirement, world travel, and watching our grandson grow up.

After her diagnosis in January 2023, as she always did in life, she met the challenge of her diagnosis head-on and was determined to fight for every day, month, and year. Unfortunately, it was a losing battle.

In the end, she controlled the last days of her life, at home surrounded by family and the music she so loved.
