Welcome to Team Dan-O!

Hi everyone – this is Hailey. My team and I are once again taking steps to end pancreatic cancer at PanCAN PurpleStride, in honor of my dad, Danny Wolff.

As many of you know, my dad fought a tough, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer for 10 months. When he passed away in July 2020, I knew I wanted to honor his life and continue his legacy by getting involved with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN). This year marks our third Team Dan-O PurpleStride, and I couldn’t be more proud of the awareness and funds we’ve raised so far to support pancreatic cancer patients and life-saving research.

We’d love for our friends and family to join Team Dan-O and support PanCAN’s mission to improve outcomes for everyone affected by this devastating disease.

The event takes place on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

If you’re local, Sophia and I will be participating in the Washington, D.C. PurpleStride! Event Village opens at 7:30 AM, and the walk begins at 9:00 AM. Just click the Register button at the top of this page and follow a few easy steps to sign up.

For those outside the DMV area, PurpleStride walks are happening all over the country! Team Dan-O has proudly been represented in LA, Austin, NYC, Seattle, and Chicago – and we can’t wait to keep growing. Whether you walk with us in person or support from afar, we are so grateful to have you on our team.

PanCAN PurpleStride is the organization’s biggest fundraiser, fueling critical research to bring new treatments to patients and providing free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services.

This year, we’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal. Last year, we raised over $10,000 – and with your help, we hope to meet (or beat!) that milestone again. Every donation makes a difference and brings us closer to a future where more families have hope.
