The Budreau team would like to walk in honor of Kassey Budreau. She was the BEST mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend you could ever ask for. 

She was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in September and went through several chemo treatments. She passed January 21, 2025 which has left a huge hole in our hearts. We would like to walk to keep her memories alive and raise money to help any family struggling on their journey, because it's not easy for anyone. 

Please join us or help us in any way possible to help the research and testing capabilities to turn this horrible disease around to improve the survival rates. Although this isn't all of Kassey's story, it played a part in her journey of life and if she were here with us now she would be walking hand and hand with us to help the cause.

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more.
