Welcome to Our PanCAN PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page in Honor of My Dad, Bill Patrick Lee!

We’re on a mission to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by pancreatic cancer, and we need your help to achieve this significant goal! On Saturday, April 26, 2025, we will participate in the PanCAN PurpleStride, a powerful event aimed at ending this devastating disease.

Our journey took a heartbreaking turn in November 2024 when my Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The diagnosis came on November 22, and within weeks, his battle was tragically cut short. On December 18, 2024, my Mom, sister, and I said goodbye to our loving father and husband. 

Though his time with us was far too short, my Dad’s unwavering strength, courage, and kindness continue to inspire me daily. As we approach what would have been his 59th birthday on April 30, 2025, we’re coming together to walk in the PurpleStride to celebrate his life and raise awareness for pancreatic cancer, a cruel disease that takes loved ones from us far too soon. Your support in this effort means everything to our family, and together, we can help fund research to find a cure and ensure fewer families face the same heartbreak we did.

Participants in PurpleStride raise critical funds to support new treatment options, provide personalized patient services, and so much more.

The details for the PanCAN PurpleStride Event are as follows: The Event Village opens at 7:45 AM, the walk begins at 10:00 AM, and we’ll wrap up by 12:00 PM.
