We want to make the biggest impact on the lives of pancreatic cancer patients and we need you to do it!


We're taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.


I'm Jill Ryan Davis and it is my privilege to be the Chief Growth Officer at PanCAN. Our mission is deeply personal for me. After losing a family member to the disease in 2009, my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in late 2020.

Fortunately, he was diagnosed at an early stage, allowing him to have the Whipple procedure in February 2021. Today, he has no evidence of the disease. 

PanCAN is launching a new and exciting chapter, one that will allow us to move faster than ever toward early detection, better treatments, and new ways of supporting patients and their caregivers. No other major cancer has a five-year survival less than 20%, and we are committed to driving our community to that milestone by 2030. This kind of progress will require big bets and bold strategies.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
