At Immuneering, we’re committed to transforming the lives of patients — not just in the lab, but out in the world. That’s why we’re proud to walk in PanCAN PurpleStride on Saturday, April 26, 2025, to help end pancreatic cancer.

PanCAN PurpleStride raises funds to support groundbreaking research, free patient services, and advocacy efforts that bring real help and hope to patients and families.

For us, this mission aligns with our work:

Our lead program, IMM-1-104, is designed to disrupt the abnormal signaling pathways, such as MAPK, that fuel cancer growth. Traditional therapies often aim for sustained pathway inhibition, which can lead to on-target toxicity and treatment interruptions. Immuneering takes a different approach. Using insights from our translational bioinformatics platform, we design therapies with short half-lives that enable deep, cyclic inhibition of cancer-driving pathways. The goal? Break tumor addiction while improving tolerability for patients.

We’re pioneering a new way forward — and we’re walking for the same reason.
