Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Once again, my family and I are raising money for PurpleStride, an event which is taking place this year on Saturday, April 26.  This event will help support and bring about awareness about the valuable work that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) has done to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer and, in particular, to promote screening and early detection.

For many who are not aware, on August 16, 2017 , I received the most devastating news; my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  After receiving 5 months of chemotherapy treatments, her cancer became extremely aggressive and she was placed on hospice care.  During her last 6 months, she lived her life to the fullest by pushing through the pain to spend time with family and friends.  On August 4, 2018, she lost her battle to pancreatic cancer.

Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from from PanCan’s free, one-on-one support, services and resources that can make a difference in their lives. The bigger impact we make – the more grateful we are.

Want to help in a bigger way? We’d love for you to join our team! Just click the Register button at the top of this page to get started. Register for free, raise $50 and you’ll receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2025 T-shirt!

Let’s show everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer that we’re fighting for them – thank you for your support!
