Welcome to Kevin’s Cancer Fighters! 

Our team is participating in PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. 

We are walking in honor of Kevin, who passed away from pancreatic cancer in July 2022 after a tremendous fight. Kevin was able to walk in NJ PurpleStride 2022, and he was so happy to do so. He was extremely impressed with our team and the donation we were able to make. The support he felt was immeasurable, and it gave him so much motivation to keep fighting. This will be our fourth in a year row participating in this wonderful event, and it is our privilege to continue to walk in Kevin's memory.

According to the American Cancer Society, an estimated 67, 440 Americans will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2025, more people than ever before. Approximately 51,980  Americans are expected to die from the disease this year.

Pancreatic cancer remains the third-leading cause of cancer-related deaths, and it is also predicted to become the second-leading cause of cancer-related deaths before 2030. 

There have been increases in the 5 year survival rate over the years; but it has been at a standstill since last year, remaining at 13%. Now more than ever, it is crucial to continue to support the fight for beating this disease.
