Welcome to Luisa’s Light – Our PanCAN PurpleStride Fundraising Page!


We’re walking for Luisa — my mom, a wife, a friend, and shining light in all our lives. 


Our team, Luisa’s Light, is hitting the pavement for PanCAN PurpleStride walk-a-thon on Saturday, April 26, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pancreatic cancer. We’re walking with love, strength, and faith. 


She’s currently taking on pancreatic cancer with unwavering strength and grace. With our positivity (and as she says, a whole lotta prayers) cancer doesn’t stand a chance. 


We’ve set a big fundraising goal because big things need to happen. Every dollar you donate helps fund critical research, patient support services, and real hope for families like ours navigating pancreatic cancer. We're excited to come together as friends and family to support Luisa.

About PanCAN PurpleStride

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
