If you are here then you already know our story but I'll never miss an opportunity to talk about Scott Barrow, and the reason I'm committed to end pancreatic cancer.
Scott was diagnosed September 10, 2021 and lost the battle 256 days later. He fought like I've never seen someone fight, even in the very end. We took every moment we could to laugh, cry, love, and live life to the fullest. If you knew Scott, you were a lucky person and he would say the same about knowing you. The world has a massive hole with his loss but I believe he is still here guiding us.
All of this being said, no one else should go through what we went through and one thing I can do is help raise funds that will support patients and their families.
Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives. PanCAN supported us personally throughout the 9 months and I can't imagine not having them as a resource.
We’re going to help make progress, with your support.
Please join our team as a participant, or make a gift of any size to get us one step closer to our fundraising goal and improving more patients’ lives. You can donate to a team member or make a general donation to the team.
Last year we ended 8th in the Charlotte chapter for fundraising. If y'all know me, you know I like a challenge. Let's get in the top 3 this year, 1 would be BEST!
Thank you for your support.
