PurpleStride, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s signature event, brings people together across the nation to raise awareness and funds that drive life-changing research and support for patients and their loved ones. This year, on April 26, 2025, all PurpleStride events will unite in communities nationwide, creating a powerful day of impact and hope.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate among major cancers, with only 12% of those diagnosed surviving beyond five years. I’m incredibly grateful to share that May 2025 marks my 14th year in remission. It’s also our team’s 13th year participating in PurpleStride!

During my treatment, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network provided me with a dedicated case worker and resources that helped my family and me navigate the journey. Now, raising donations is one of the best ways I can give back, supporting both innovative research and the essential resources offered to patients.
