We had an inspiring team of walkers, donors and supporters in 2024. We hope even more can join us this year to make an impact on all of those dealing with pancreatic cancer. 

We’re taking steps at the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer, PanCAN PurpleStride, on Saturday, April 26, 2025. PurpleStride is held in nearly 60 cities across the country. We will be walking in Pittsburgh, come join us or jump in wherever you are. 

PurpleStride participants raise money to fund vital research that can bring new treatment options to patients; free, personalized, one-to-one support through PanCAN Patient Services; and more. We ourselves have benefited from PanCan's support and research. 

Here’s where you come in! 

We’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal – because the more money we raise, the bigger impact we make. We would be grateful for your donation. A gift of any size will help patients and families facing a pancreatic cancer diagnosis. For whatever reason, pancreatic cancer diagnoses are on the rise, and 5-year survival rate has risen to 13.62%. That is improvement but pancreatic cancer is the only major cancer that has a 5-year survival rate below 20%.
