This fundraiser is in honor of my beautiful daughter in law, Mare Specht Casper, most of us called her Micky. Also, one of our dear friends was diagnosed in the Spring of 2020 and passed away shortly after his diagnosis. So overall, our family experienced the death of 3 special people in our family and friend circle. We also have dear ones recently diagnosed with Pancreatic CancerPancreatic cancer which has the lowest survival rate of all major cancers, at just 10%. I've stepped up to Wage Hope at PurpleStride, the walk to end pancreatic cancer. Will you help me raise $1500 by making a donation today? Please join me in the fight today.

Local action. Nationwide impact. This is PanCAN PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, at nearly 60 events across the country, pancreatic cancer survivors, families, caregivers, researchers and supporters will join together and walk to honor everyone affected by the disease.

PurpleStride is PanCAN's signature community celebration, raising money to fight pancreatic cancer on all fronts — through research, clinical initiatives, patient services, advocacy and nationwide volunteer support. Learn more.
