Welcome to My PurpleStride Personal Fundraising Page!

Family and friends well another year has gone by and it's time for me to raise funds for Pan Can which stands for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.  This year I am a co-captain and Pan Can is one of our clients. I really want to make a bigger difference this year than last year if I can.  Thanks to all of you that donated last year.  Because of your donations they have increased the survival rate from 11% to 12% this year so you see your donations really do make a difference.  

We lost a close family member in November 2021 to this horrid disease which is what got me involved in this worthwhile cause.  His name was Jim Gottfurcht and he was such an all around great guy.  I would really appreciate any donation to this cause on his behalf.  The walk is on April 29th which happens to be my birthday weekend and this is the best present ever if any of you would like to donate to my page.

Every dollar you give means more patients can benefit from PanCAN’s free, one-on-one support, personalized information, service and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.
