Pancreatic cancer hit our family almost two years ago when my mom was diagnosed on March 8, 2021. Since that diagnosis we decided to live with unstoppable hope.  She has gone through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery, and two clinical trials to have more time with us.  These clinical trials have given us time that very few pancreatic patients and their families get.  The Pellar, Glaros, Hurey, and Patterson families are participating in their third year of PanCAN’s PurpleStride, a year-round national movement that funds lifechanging programs and services for pancreatic cancer patients and their families.
