Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Hello!

Welcome to Lewis Family fundraising page dedicated to the enduring spirit of Minda Lewis.

Our mother Minda immigrated to the United States over three decades ago, and dedicated herself tirelessly as a nurse until her 2020 diagnosis of breast cancer prompted her retirement. Overcoming breast cancer that same year, she rebounded through sheer determination and with the support of physical therapy.

Tragically, in 2022, Minda recieved a diagonsis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer that had spread to her liver. She departed from us a few months later, in January of 2023. This page stands as a tribute to her legacy as a devoted mother, family member, friend, coworker, and valued member of the community.

As our fanily embarks on our second year of fundraising, commemorating the one-year anniversary of Minda's passing, we unite to participate in PanCAN PurpleStride Silicon Valley on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Almaden Lake Park 5780 Almaden Expy San Jose, CA 95118.

PanCAN PurpleStride serves as a pivotal platform for PanCAN to generate crucial funds for groundbreaking research and provide free, personalized support through PanCAN Patient Services.

Our family has set an ambitious fundraising goal and would be deeply grateful for any contribution, no matter the size. We extend an invitation for you to join us in this meaningful endeavor. Simply click the Register button at the top of this page, follow a few straightforward steps, and be part of a cause that matters. Plus, those who register and raise $50 will receive an official PanCAN PurpleStride 2024 T-shirt.

Your support is genuinely appreciated.

With gratitude, The Lewis Family
