Welcome to our team fundraising page!

Welcome to the Paul’s Pals Pancreatic Action Network (PanCAN) PurpleStride Team Fundraising Page!

The Paul’s Pals team will be walking in honor of Paul Konopacki at the Chicago PurpleStride event on Saturday morning, April 27, 2024 at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, Illinois.

This event is the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN)’s largest fundraising event of the year, and every dollar raised counts toward improving outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.  Not only does PanCAN fund research to find early detection strategies and improved treatment options, they also provide free, personalized support and resources for patients and their families.  They were very helpful to us in many ways while Paul was battling his cancer.  Please join me in supporting PanCAN. You can walk with us, make a donation, or do both!

If you join our team for the walk on April 27th, you can make a page of your own linked to the main team Paul’s Pals fundraising page, to share with family, friends, and neighbors, by clicking the "Join My Team" button.

Prefer to just donate? Click the "Donate" button.  A gift of any size will help patients and their families as they face a pancreatic cancer diagnosis just as we were helped.  The more money raised, the bigger impact can be made, so we would be very grateful for your generosity.  Don’t forget about a company match if you have one available.

Thank you so much for your support!

Warmly, Joan Konopacki
